Commissioned promotional work for USAID

Between 2013-2016, I produced and directed, shot, and edited a series of videos for web and direct presentation on behalf of various offices within USAID.  These projects involved extensive research, travel, production demands, coordinating, and post-producing on a tight timeline and with a wide and high-profile prospective audience - including pieces produced for the World Economic Forum, the White House, and multiple events at the U.S. Dept of State.

It was working as a commissioned filmmaker for the Global Development Lab where I began to recognize the need for alternate models of artist engagement in this kind of large-scale humanitarian work, and thus to begin shaping Artists’ Literacies Research.
